TruFit Athletic Clubs - 34th St

Today was a very rude day, the old lady that works in childcare is so rude,today it was a raining day , my kids got kick out from childcare that I understand that was their fault, i don't drive do I always make arrangements with a uber to pick me up at certain time , and today we were in the lobby bc of the rain and I understand that kids are not allowed be sitting there , but she came and told us that we can not be there .... After a one-year membership I attempted three different times in person and over the phone to cancel my membership. Despite multiple phone calls they kept charging my credit card. I blocked their payments and a year later they send a collection agent to collect $470. I called the corporate office and spoke with the manager over memberships and she gave me a runaround and would not answer any questions. I told her I was going to call the Better Business Bureau and she told me to go ahead. She acted like she did not care and was not willing to look into my case. I enjoyed going to the gym but they were very deceiving about the contract I signed. According to the contract for corporate the one year membership rolls over into a monthly membership. I never received a bill from Tru fit. Very dissatisfied and will never step foot in the gym. They did not honor the contract even though I canceled my membership. Every time I drive by true fit on my way to work it makes me cringe! My case it’s not unusual other people that I know are going through the same situation.

I drive further to go here because the daycare section is sooo much nicer. I'm so glad sissy is at this location now - the kids love her!
