        Hot bar lady, Ana, needs to work on kindness skills. Yelling at an employee who does not understand my ala carte order..how to price it. I wanted a simple breakfast with no drama. Is that so hard? Need to work on customer friendliness and smile. Going back to my United on the southwest side where I feel like people are more respectful and kind in the hot bar. I do not want to listen to an employee yelling at another employee who doesnt understand the instructions given. Please be more calm and mature in your interactions. Overall, I like the food served here but not the attitudes of some staff.

        Checking out today and I have to say, I'm very disappointed, the checker puts my chips and Twinkie in with all my canned food and my taco shells in with sugar and milk.... Smh. Who does that???? This store definitely has a lack in training.
