Staff never understands light ice. They just fill the cups with ice then add about 12oz of beverages and charge you $3.

the food and everything is always good everytime and i know that they closed in 30 minutes but i just got off of work and they were still open we ordered two salads that came with no plastic ware and thats kinda frustrating but i have forks at home its fine and then my drink had a hole in it and spilled all over my car which is annoying and sticky my fiance added a frosted lemonade at the window since i ordered through the app and it was all melted even tho he paid $5 i feel like if your serving icecream and its melted you should inform your guests just disappointed with everything that happen after spending $35 and not even being able to have a drink with my meal in just glad we came home to eat or i wouldnt have been able to since they gave us no plastic ware if you go here i recommend asking for plastic ware at the speaker and window and not going so late since they dont seem to care as closers i work in a restaurant as well and i may not like when people come in late but i still serve them as any other paying guest and do my best job
