Just received a gorgeous box of fabric from LBK Printing Company. I ordered 5 different fabrics and Im in love with them all. The colors are so vibrant and everything feels so soft. Cant wait to sew everything up.

I have made three purchases from this company and each time I have gotten the short end of the stick. The first time I placed an order their website was automatically selecting a "buy 10 yards and get free shipping" option when I only purchased 3 yards of fabric. I do not check shipping when I check out anywhere, I assume it's set up appropriately. Immediately after my purchase I noticed the error and messaged the company on Facebook and commented on a post on their group page to try to remedy the mistake and was ignored. The next day I received an invoice for the shipping without any kind of response to my attempts to make it right. The next time I placed an order the poly mailer had a hole in it and my fabric samples were stolen from my shipping bag. The third and final time I ordered from the company I was not given a continuous 2 yards of fabric, and was actually shorted about 4 inches on one of the yards. I made a post and actually got a response that time and was offered either a reprint or a discount on my order. I needed that fabric in a timely manner and decided to take the discount instead of a reprint. That was over 2 weeks ago and I have yet to see any kind of discount on the order. It's sad because I was planning on making a lot of purchases from this company for my own small business. The fabric is great and good quality, however their business practices and customer service is much to be desired. I will not be purchasing from this company anymore.

Colors are exceptional. Fabrics are much softer and sturdier than those purchased from other retail companies.

Top notch quality fabric and the colors are always amazing! They have so many bases to choose from and theyre printed and shipped in a timely manner. The customer service is amazing - you can tell that they care so much about their customers. Ill always use LBK for my custom fabric needs, I highly recommend!
