I have been a Gristys customer since 2009 and can not stress enough the quality of not only customer service, but dry cleaning service that this place provides. I moved across town several years ago and now drive past 4 other dry cleaners to get to them, despite multiple offers for them to deliver to me. If you arent a current customer, I highly recommend giving this phenomenal, family owned, and operated business a shot! I promise you wont be disappointed!

So heres a story: I dropped off two suits on December 21st to have them cleaned for my husband as a surprise Christmas present. I was promised on the phone before bringing them and then promised again at the store when I dropped them off that they would be done by Christmas Eve. I was told I would be called when the order was ready. Well, no call. No response when I called and tried to ask. No suits. Its Christmas Eve. Present ruined and my husband doesnt have either of his suits for Christmas.
BUT then I wrote this Google review with a 1 star rating. The owner called me personally and apologized for the issue. He checked on the suits and confirmed they were cleaned and ready and offered to deliver them to my house. He completely redeemed the experience ON CHRISTMAS EVE and gave me the two suits for free, even when I offered to pay at least half the price. His secretary was the sweetest woman and met me at the cleaner and gave me the suits, as a Christmas gift from us.
What an amazing business and owner that care this much about their customers. I will absolutely use them as a dry cleaner as long as I am in Lubbock. One thing I will be sure to remember- when they say the suits will be done by X date and time, they will have them done. Dont get hung up waiting for the phone to ring!

I called everywhere in town and nobody was willing to to go above and beyond to help me like Gristys. I told them that I just bought my jeans and shirt and needed them done today for the funeral is tomorrow at noon. Everyone else said sorry cant help but they stepped out of their way and the owner himself made it happen to help me. These are great people and will honor you as their customer. Im loyal for life now to these people. They will get all of my business.
