Pasack is the only convenient store I go to closest to my house the other morning stop to get gas noticed I had a flat asked if the air was working and the manager went out and checked it was working he aired up my tire I ran in and got a can of fix a flat. He also put that in my tire. They are the best there, hands-down the only convenience store I go to.

Went in to your location at 606 N Frankford in Lubbock Texas and the employee at the drive through window was very argumentative and rude I asked for king size peanut m&m and a 32oz lemonade she brought back regular m&m I told her I said peanut she was like you didnt say peanut I was like Im pretty sure I did she gonna say again no u didnt, then she came back and I ask for my straw she was again like didnt I give you one I said no she was like yes I did she was very unprofessional and its sad you have people like her representing you so then I went inside to see if a manager was available another employee said no he would be in tomorrow or Monday then the same rude employee as Im talking to that lady came and stood right beside the lady with a smirky on her face being antagonizing I said she shouldnt be standing here if we having a conversation then the other lady was like she just standing there and Im like its like she is being antagonizing, I go to this store 2/3 times a day and never had a rude employee until tonight that employee was totally out of line!!!!

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Great variety of drinks and snacks.
