        Just like the other reviews say...... Getting paid from this contractor is a NIGHTMARE!! Their word means nothing. Save yourself a headache. Their project managers are better at blowing smoke.

        The commercial side of Madewell Construction is a joke. Plan on getting the run around about everything. They want the work done on their schedule but don't want to pay when your done. I would steer clear of doing business with this company. It's not worth the hassle!
