AT&T Store

I will not be returning to this store location. With every other location I have been to, the representative made sure that I was included in the process and allowed me to see the screen as they were working. I visited this location on April 1st to purchase some new smart watches as trying to order them myself online kept glitching out. The manager of the store (I believe Phillip but the only thing I'm certain his name tag said was manager) took advantage of the fact that I already knew what was being done and how much it should cost and tried to sneak in the protect advantage for 1 in on each new line (I'm assuming to boost his sales or commissions). I did not ask for this for the simple fact that the entire account already has the protect advantage for 4. He also rarely let me see the screen and at no point gave me an exact price as to how much a month this would add to the bill. Had he done this, I would have caught that he snuck in the insurance before everything was finalized. Thankfully I already canceled it and was barely charged as it was the end of the billing cycle. He also tried to convince me to tell others to visit this location as since it is not a corporate or one of the main authorized retailers they could take better care of me. After my experience and seeing another review where he tired to scam the people into buying the insurance, I now believe that this was just to try and get inflated sales. I WILL NOT speak to the manager to resolve this matter. I will ONLY speak to someone above him. If a satisfactory solution can not be reached, this matter will be reported to corporate AT&T.
