10 extremely satisfied Daysha was AMAZING she has perfect customer service and Trena was supper helpful and sweet they both took AMAZING care of us I will definitely stay in metro because of how amazing they were and how perfect they took care of us

My husband bought a phone there promised 7 day free return promise and wanted returned it within 4 days. The store said no ! The staff offered the wrong information- she said we can return within 7 days. But on the fourth day. She said it should be 72 hours not 7days. She told us she made mistakes but there is nothing she could do. She called manager the manager said there is nothing she can do. So the store offer the wrong information. They admitted its their fault and they didnt take the phone back. I was mad about their whole attitude and managing systems. So they messed up they knew and there is nothing they can do !??? They told us just complain or write bad reviews ???? I was confused about they sold wrong information and they dont take consequences? Whats wrong with this store ? Whats wrong with the whole management system?
