        I don't bother to give reviews even if I had a bad experience but this place has messed up every time with the needle. Generally I get a rookie and when requesting someone that wasn't it still went bad. A week ago the needle slipped and blood went under leaving a large terrible bruise. My arm still hurts and will never give blood after this last experience. Either the needle breaks, hits the bone or keeps changing veins - I'm done.

        The staff was great, and the donation process went perfectly. I'm also very happy that they require masks and follow CDC guidelines to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
