Took my son here for his 10th birthday right at opening time. We had a great time. I thought the price was good for the amount of credits/turns we got. It was awesome to be able to switch between baseball/softball and the different speeds with the press of a button between turns. Would be great if machine #3 was working. Great to go in while they're slow but people were great when they did come in and we got to see some AMAZING batting and pitching skills, so waiting wasn't a big deal.

Worst place to have a birthday party! The party was April 8th When I booked I was told games would be coordinated and available, also that tables and chairs would be set up! Upon arrival nothing was ready tables werent set nor chairs! I asked for help mutile times with setting tables up and chairs! After asking multiple times I did it my self, the worker finally brought me 4 chairs, 4 chairs and no help with tables! I had ask multiple times more than 4 times for dodgeballs! The chair and table situation took 30 minutes out of our scheduled time, the dodgeball mess also took about 30 minutes of me asking!! Game cards werent ready either I had to ask for everything multiple times when everything should have been ready I understand ofcourse if I need or want it ask for it but multiple times each time! Ridiculous.
