The Crook Richard is the biggest time waster you will find in Lubbock. Your car will be sitting there for 6 months at the very least and Richard will be lying about the progress so he can just charge you money. Also His diagnostics is terrible, the work quality is horrible, but the prices he charges you is at the dealership level. This dude will straight up lie at your face, he has no dignity, no self-respect, just lies like a little kid. He will never answer to the phone. Dont waste your time and money here! Richard will make sure to screw up your car and keep it there for more than a year.
