Our new ownership and management team has implemented a robust renovation project and is addressing all pest concerns, including replacing all plumbing in the entire complex. Since we have not heard anything about any roach concerns from you directly, please call our office so we may immediately address this concern and offer you one of our newly renovated units for the balance of your lease.
