Sundowner Apartments

I just recently got an apartment here. Sam was great through the whole process and very patient with me. I love my apartment, the people seem to be friendly, and it's so nice and quiet and close to my job. I am so glad I was able to get a place here! And maintenance has been super fast to respond on any issues!

Oh no. You're manager has the personality and salesmanship of a turnip. What should have been an at most...2 day process took well over 2 months. I've seen slugs move faster and with more enthusiasm. I would really like to speak to whomever is in charge with this person. No one in my family was impresse. I have more than enough income to rent. He's very un informative . I don't see how anything gets done around there.

We have loved our time here. We started our marriage here and have loved the hospitality, kindness, and consideration everyone has here. Its so quiet, that its almost like you dont have neighbors. But when you do encounter neighbors, its always a pleasant experience. If you need a quiet apartment with sweet people, this is your place. Sam is an awesome landlord and maintenance is super quick to get things done. You wont regret living here!
