We bought a washer and dryer set there for 600$ and when we got the washer home it made a terrible knocking sound. We called to have it picked up because we have a warranty, a few days later someone came to get it and says that the leg wasnt stable then runs a load and it was silent but there were only like three pieces of clothing in it... when he leaves we run a full (not overloaded load) and Boom the knocking is there clear as day. So we call and they come out here to pick it up, on his way out with the washer he sees that the Tub isnt even connected to the inside of the washer when he was moving it,ever verbally says oh look I see now the tub isnt even connected ...Then he takes it and says they will have it back to us in a few days. 3 days went by and we called and the owner kept telling us nothing was wrong with it...always oh well you must be overloading itLike dude you seen for yourself the tub wasnt properly secured in the washer....Ive been washing clothes over 30 years I know what overloading is and these were normal loads like Ive always dont with every washer and had no issues. Then finally he ran a wash and heard the he LOUD knocking, saying he has a pile of rags he uses there to test wash ...realistically you need a full load of towels or something so you can see how its running with a normal load, but anyways...then says if he cant fix it he will bring us a different one all together. We agreed, that we just wanted a different one all together. Then he says okay well we will shoot for Thursday for him to bring us a new one,new but used.Because he said he was picking up a new load of washers, Thursday came and then he said well im gonna have to hold off till Monday my delivery guy that brought your washer out last time quit. Monday came then he wanted to hold off till Friday. Friday came then Monday again.Excuse after excuse...all the while still being patient with them. This circle went on for two weeks and we were more then patient with the owner. Then long behold they(the same guy that he said had quit that delivered it last time) but we wont capitalize on that... brought us our washer, and not only was it the same one,but the damn thing is still broken. Sounds like Thor is locked in my washer during the wash cycle. No way in hell Im gonna call and have someone come back to FIX it because I was left two weeks already without a washer. But they sure still had our 600$, so we decided to take the loss and go elsewhere for a brand new washer. Wouldnt recommend this place at least not for washers. We did get a fridge there that worked good the ice machine didnt work, but they have signs on the wall that day they dont guarantee ice makers will function when you buy one. So at least we were warned.
