I came in at 7am 11/11/23, Mr Sergio welcomed me with a great attitude ready to help me repair my truck with a deadline of 130pm, we discussed the problems i was having with my work truck and Mr William the mechanic did a thorough inspection of my truck and found out everything we needed to know. We made a decsion to repair the steering, suspension, and u bolts. Sergio found me the best parts for the job while i made friends with Mr Will. I returned from lunch to meet Mrs Caitlyn who was also very helpful with a great attitude. I was very happy with the work and customer service provided, i will be visiting this location again. Thank you very much guys and gal. 11/26/23 I brought my truck back to Big 5 on Tyler St and they exceeded my expectations again, working long hours and doing quality work. ordering the right parts and installing them with some extra fabrication to make them work properly. Mr William did a great job and went the extra mile to get me back on the road. im very happy with the results and appreciate the hard work and great customer service all around. Thank you again. Jan 2024 I was having issues with my wifes 2012 Honda Odssey the timing needed to be done badly as is recommended at this mileage, and it had a steering pump leak. A new project for Sergio and Will with no issues and they did an awesome job and returned my vehicle in great working order. February 2024 Recently visited Big 5 to have My wifes van needed rear pads and rotors and a small oil leak repaired. Sergio and Will did a great job, as i have come to expect from the Tyler St location. March 1 Thank you again Mr Will did an awesome, thorough mechanic job on my FICM, Wiring, Turbo, and exhaust repairs. Mr Sergio and Mr Roberto are very Respectful, Friendly, and Curtious. Thanks again guys!

10/10 Recommend this place! The Store Manager Roberto Rios went above and beyond to make sure my car was at its top peak of performance during the service process. My car is now running like new again. Very honest, trustworthy and reliable place! Go check them out.

Sergio at Big Five on Tyler street is very professional and pleasant. This company is definitely my go to for alignment and oil changes so far. They are very knowledgeable and do a great job. Fast forward a month- not only can they handle tire related issues, but also replace spark plugs and clean up intake/exhaust systems. The environment here is stress free and Sergio once again provided excellent customer service and explained exactly what they could do and the cost. Affordable and reliable!

Big 5 tire and auto is a friendly and proffessional repair shop. The folks that work there went out of thier way to help me out when i was traveling thru longview tx. I would recumend using them if you are a resident or some one just passing thru if you need a repair done to your vehicle.
