Black and White Tax services literally in the best tax service in all of Texas! Im so sad that I am living in Illinois now and I cant use this buisness. But Shemeca, Kiana, and Winter last year did phenomenally! Even answered questions after tax season on a few random questions I had! Please take your business here! Lord knows I wish I still could! Family oriented, professional, and prompt response time!

I have filed with B&W Tax for 10 years and I applaud them for working with me and understanding my concerns as a client. I have gained so much knowledge over time and I am very appreciative! By far the only Tax office who will break down information and educate you on how to better your finances over time. 10/10

Worst place to do your taxes in Longview Texas. I had a very bad experience, they kept part of my refund without my consent. They never answer you they block your phone number. Very unprofessional and rude staff specifically Jasmine Martinez. I was supposed to get around 1,000 dollars for my refund, but the amount deposit to my bank account was way less, I contacted Jasmine Martinez, she never answered my messages nor phone calls. When she finally answered she told me that her boss was the one that did my taxes and not her, which I know that she is lying because every year I go with her to do my taxes. I asked her where the rest of my refund was at she said that her boss charged me more than 300 dollars, because she helped me get a larger amount of refund. Plus I told them that I was going to pay them cash, and they still had the audacity to deduct money from my refund without my consent. I was told by Jasmine Martinez, that Im not get my money back, I believe she has block my phone number again, but they will be facing the consequences with the law. Please!!! Dont trust this place, they are very sketchy they change their phone numbers, they block you, and they never answer you!

I highly recommend people who need their taxes done keep right on by this place. Shemeca Mathis use to be okay but now things are different 1. Never answers the phone. 2. Nobody to contact in the offices 3. Very unprofessional 4. Replies have gotten longer to respond to and last but now importantly the most overwhelming factor is, Black & White Taxes cant be trusted. This year my taxes were handed off to Loleitha Johnson a person I am guessing works for her and Black and White Taxes. I don't get a whole lot of money back but every little bit counts. 10,000 was taken plus I never received my Arkansas State taxes and then on top of all that over 800.00 was taken out of my Federal Taxes. I have reached out to the IRS and stated my case and got an Attorney. Charges and law suit are in the making as we speak. I tried to make it work lord knows I tried but this is an example of a black owned company that we don't need.
