This is the most ridiculous office I've ever tried to contact, wait times for even an answer for over 30 minutes. Rude customer service, long wait times for someone to even look at your case, and the most ridiculous documents requested from you that I have ever encountered! I came from South Dakota and have never in my life dealt with such a horrible and unprofessional business. I understand Texas has a lot more folks to deal with but if the location has to many cases then people should be referred to different locations for help! Over 30 minutes to even get an answer is outrageous, and over 80 days for your case to be looked at is unreal! Correction, I waited an hour plus 10 minutes still couldn't get a representative on the phone!!

I really appreciated the Young Lady that assisted Me. She was patient and didn't act as though I wasn't important. There wasn't a lot of waiting time before I was helped. The office was tidy as well.

Facility was clean and easy to access. Employees were friendly and informative.
