Bad corporate model. they dont care the way the property looks like. Farrell dogs and cats everywhere. A tow truck service being run out of the property. All hours of the night clanky Noisy chains and noises of a big truck that makes people's dogs bark at all hours. And it is totally acceptable by current management. Residence hate it.

Prompt, thorough service. Willing to go the extra mile. Maintenance is taken care of by a sweet older gentleman who will go to a lot of effort to take care of everything he can

I wouldnt recommend this park to anyone. They go up on the lot rent every year talking about to manage the park better. But they dont do anything you are responsible for your own lot. So why keep going up on lot rent. While living there they didnt pay the water bill for the park even though the water is included in lot rent. This place has the worst sewage problem. We had issues with our plumbing and when we called the plumber we were told its the park problem because it was something wrong underground. But they didnt want to fix it. And since we have moved out they want to try to bill us for the plumbing issues that was underground.
