        They refused to give me my medical records from 2022. My doctor there retired, though they still use his name on their voicemail. I tried multiple times to have my records sent to my new doctor and was told they didnt have access to that system. Its illegal to withhold medical records less than 10 years old. I called multiple times and my new doctors office called as well. I asked to speak to the office manager and was hung up on. Incredibly unprofessional and illegal practices going on here, and they dont seem to care at all. I will be reporting them to the Texas State licensing board. Do not go here.
