I couldn't figure how to do that. She said she couldn't do it either because I had booked through Priceline. I got frustrated and accepted the room I booked.
Next time I will be more diligent and make sure I'm getting the room I want.I WILL ALSO NOT PAY A DEPOSIT THAT THEY CAN RIP OFF. I WAS TOLD THE EXTRA FEE WAS FOR A PET. I DONT OWN A PET.
MISTAKEN IDENTITY OR JUST PLAIN OLD THEFT ?
