I would truly give zero stars. You can tell the good reviews are fake. The pool is "closed until further notice" the ONLY reason I booked this place with a two year old. The rooms are filthy. The grown woman at the desk when I checked in complained about EVERYTHING from answering phone calls to my husband asking for plastic cutlery (which she didn't give and we had to leave the hotel after we got food AGAIN) she was rude, and a bad business model to have as the face of your company. As a business owner do better this was the worst experience I've had at a hotel in years.

Ive been here for a whole 30 minutes and I give this place a 5 star. Front desk lady was so kind and helpful. Room is top notch clean, bathroom is clean, room was cool and has no smell when we walked in. Elevators were clean, pool room was wonderful clean and well kept. Will definitely stay here again. 5 outta 5.

Loved the stay the king bed were super soft. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Even tho there was a mix up the first night they fixed it the next day. Would recommend to stay and the pool here closes at 11 at night and opens at 11am and they stick to that very closely

Do NOT stay here! Very rude and unprofessional, and con artists as well. I stayed for 3 nights and housekeeping did not come a single time to clean or bring fresh towels. The housekeeper had her younger children with her at work running up and down the halls loudly all day. Then when I checked out and needed my deposit back they refused saying that there was marijuana smoking in the room. I do not smoke Marijuana and the room absolutely did not smell of smoke, so they flat out lied in order to keep my $100 deposit. When I went back to speak with the manager and get my deposit back, she was beyond rude and told me that I could call corporate but they would just call her and she would tell them that the room was smoked in so I still would not receive my deposit. I wish I could've given this place zero stars, it was so terrible. Do not ever stay at this circus show. And I hope that the manager gets fired for not only handling my situation as poor as anyone I've ever seen, but also for how she allowed her employees to neglect the respect of the customers.
