Services - HeartsWay Hospice

My mother in-law is dying with pancreatic cancer and so far hospice has shown me very little in the way of compassion much less how much help they bring! All I've seen them do is cut the poor woman's meds in half and leave all the heavy lifting to the family! The woman needs a nurse to be on call when things go wrong day or night! She's supposed to be made comfortable in her last few days or weeks of life! Not moving around moaning in pain and then when the catheter comes out or starts leaking saying I'm sorry we don't come out at night so she'll just have to lay in it till morning! What a joke!! Carma always comes back on those that do wrong!! UPDATE.. HOSPICE MADE SURE TO TAKE AWAY HER INSULIN , SHE DIED A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER!!! GOOD JOB HOSPICE!!

Absolutely a wonderful group! Sandra was outstanding, cant say enough good things bout this group of folks! Care, information, phones numbers to call, could not have expected this amazing care, not just for my dad but my mom as well!

So impressed with everyone that had come to our home thus far. Comforting, knowledgeable, and as a caregiver they've been so so helpful in answering my questions and providing us with advice and resources to ease not only my sweet grandmothers mind but mine as well. So grateful to have this company and its phenomenal staff by our sides during such a difficult time.

This team is amazing from the initial phone call of setting up hospice service in the home and getting all the equipment needed; to the final moments of life. The professionalism of the nurses and staff with regard to knowing how to make their patient and their family members comfortable is second to none. The bedside manner of each individual that came out to care for my father is very high level and so appreciated.
