        They wouldn't return a defective blue lotus pen. Got talked down to by this one guy when I brought up the issue. Now I'm left with a $35 paper weight I can't use. Wouldn't recommend

      I'm sorry that you are unsatisfied with our return policy. All items are tested before they leave the store. After an item is used.we can not return the item. Sorry for the inconvenience. The item you bought can get clogged and you can try heating it with a hair dryer to help remove the clog.
