It is definitely way too hot in the woman's area for such a small space that it needs more ventilation. Some of the machines need to be fixed.

Ive changed my review to reflect a poor experience here. I started going here at the end of 2022 and was paying the $15 for 24 hour access. After 15 months of payments I realized I havent used the after hours a single time, so I wanted to downgrade my membership since Im paying $5 extra for no reason. Lowering my payment the $5 would have given me 6 months extra over the course of a years worth of payment. I was told I would have to pay $50 to downgrade.. You want me to pay 5 months of payments to lower it? I was a fitness franchise owner for many years and this fee is waived all the time, especially for members that have already stuck with you for 15 months. This will keep your customers happy and want to continue buying from your business. However, they would rather me cancel and not receive any money instead of lowering my payment $5 and keeping a happy customer. You also just lowered my brothers membership and allowed him to take off the child care he was not using, so I dont see why some members are receiving preferred treatment over others. Trying to quickly gouge members for a unreasonable $50 is poor business practice, do better.
