        I am not quite sure about the customer service in the store but contacting customer service over the phone is horrible. I reached out and a representative answered the phone, all I asked for was the name of the general manager and she stated she was new and didn't know. I find that hard to believe, everyone knows who their boss is, anyway she transfers me, and I had to sit on hold for 30 minutes before getting an answer, the three stars is for the very cheerful lady who answered the phone and my question without hesitation.
