Absolutely horrible service. Looking to talk to my 83 year old grandmother and the phone just rings and rings and rings. Finally when you get ahold of someone, they transfer you to the wrong room or tell you to call a different number that gets you absolutely no where. You'd get more credibility if you just said to blow off, and I don't care about your loved one, I'm just here to get a pathetic paycheck that doesn't pay much, put up with getting covid possibly, and also I truly don't know my job. If you said all of that to me, at least you'd be honest about why I can't talk to my own grandmother who I don't even know is dead or alive! I hate longview, texas. Unfortunately was born and raised there but thankfully don't live there and will never live there.
