Walmart Supercenter

I usually like this location Gilmer Road Supercenter. Husband went there to get some vegetable seeds and they had already taken display down. 2nd week into April prime time for sowing seeds. He thought the employee said they gave them away to take display down. Luckily I found the seeds at a different Wal-Mart. Also when all other Wal-Marts I went to about a month ago had trees to plant , this one did not.

Rant: I Visited the tire center because I picked up a nail in my tire which I had bought WITH ROAD HAZZARD in JULY under a year ago. Technicians said #1 they couldn't find a hole in My tire #2 the road hazard wasn't good on what they said was a bald tire. In July I bought 4 tires. 3 of said tires had good tread but that ONE was Bald. They said I'd needed a New Tire. When I made a stink about it all of a sudden my lugs were swole & I needed new lugs too or they couldn't change it. Now I'm not saying my attitude was beneficial in any way but if I pay for road hazzard and you don't fix it you should expect me to ask some questions. I heard a lot of excuses about how it was owner/operator at fault for extra wear and tear (only on one tire). But absolutely no attempt to budge. Keep in mind they claim there was NOT a hole in my tire but my tire went from 35lbs to 17lbs in the time it took me to arrive. Clearly still upsetting or I wouldn't be ranting. Point of this review... THIS Walmart will try to get out of covering your road hazard so it is not even worth buying it. I asked them to fill my tire with air and I would take my chances elsewhere. They did do that because I was at 17lbs of pressure when I got there and I couldn't leave like that. Rave: I found Bud's Discount Tire on 80 who had me in and out in 10 min. Lugs came right off without issue and the elusive hole that supposedly was not there was plugged. He didn't say anything about bald tires a simple smile and a $10 fix. Great shop I'll definitely be spending my money there from now on. Now a day later my tire is fine & hasn't lost any air. Unfortunately this does effect the road hazzard on my tire now as it's been plugged by someone else but it's not like they ever planned on honoring it anyway. Save your money do not buy the road hazard and this Walmart will lie to get you to purchase more than you need.
