        Very dismissive to customers when AC he installed consistently does not work. Continually charges for repairmen to check things out although AC is never fixed. Zero stars.

        My front ac unit went out last Saturday and by Friday they installed a mini split unit. I love it. Thanks for the fast and dependable service.

        We called Lyons AC on Saturday about needing our ducts checked out. They scheduled us for Monday. Waited all day with no word from them. We called again and were told they would be out the next day at around 1:30. Again we waited with no word. We called them again and were then told they were not doing any estimates at this time. This is very poor customer service. We were very dissappointed.
