If you are looking to have a home built I highly recommend Marty and his team. They are very professional and very down to earth good people. You always hear that theres nightmares in building a brand new home but this is further from the truth with Lakewood Builders. The Lakewood Builders Team did excellent work on a garage with living area that they build for us on some undeveloped land. They were on time every step of the way, even with a few weather delays to work around. They helped manage the rapid rise in building materials costs to minimize the impact. The work quality was outstanding. Numerous nice details were included without me needing to mention them. We have occupied the building for a little over 6 months now with no issues. Marty Williams and his entire team at Lakewood were incredible to work with. I have done business with the Williams family and known them for over 20 years. It was an honor to finally be able to return the favor and have them build our new home. There was no issues in our home that we couldn't easily work through. The relationship this company has with thier suppliers and subs adds more value to me than anything. They were able to get things done on a tight time frame and prepared us for the things that would take a while so we knew to take care of them in advance. Although we refer them to everyone, we had a friend choose another more " cost-effective" route. We broke ground the same month and as I type this we have been in our home 2 months and they are 2 months from completion with countless mishaps that wound up costing so much more in the end. When people say they can't afford to pay for quality I tell them they can't afford not to. Thank you Lakewood Builders for making our dream come true! Service: Home building
