        Fantastic place to work out with tons of equipment for people at any fitness level. They also have pre-workout drinks, protein bars, and anything else you may need to keep you going. I became a member today, and I'm very glad that I did.

        Gym is cleaner than any other I have gone to. Staff is nice and helpful. The cleaner wolf is willing to help with machines when asked and cleans the gym with pride. The cleaner Jeremy does his best and is always dusting. The management is nice and helpful and seems to respect their staff more than most gyms. Grunt desk is amazing and the PT staff seems so nice and dont mind if you ask them questions. All and all my favorite gym. Too bad I was just visiting but maybe one day I will move closer and get a membership. Thanks to all the staff who works at Golds gym Live oak.
