Little Elm Pet Clinic, Wade Johnson D.V.M.

I am so protective over my babies as you should be, for context I have three. A few months ago I had a freak accident with my cat whose tail got stuck in the door while chasing my dog. They were 5 minutes away from closing for the day and I called and asked frantically if I could bring my baby Charlie over for them to look at and he had a partial degloving and the nurse on shift at the time stapled him up and gave me meds for him and I was on my way after asking a few questions it was the most comforting as I was in a pure panicked state of mind.

My son and I took our elderly schnauzer here after being very underwhelmed with our long time vet clinic in Lewisville (the founding vet had retired and the other vets we saw had left). I read reviews online for Little Elm Pet Clinic. While most were very positive, there were a few concerning. I must say, I was very pleased with the whole staff and clinic in general. We will also be bringing our golden doodle here soon. Thank you to the whole staff from Jen, Ian, and Jett.

The Vet Wade, has no passion for his job or the animals he treats. He gets mad at pets that dont cooperate and starts calling them names. His lack of empathy towards his customers shows the level of incompetence. His personality is not something you want your vet to have. The main vet assistant in the front of the office has attitude and gets annoyed when you ask her questions. Ive been here several times and each time the experience is the exact same. I gave them couple of chances thinking they might be having an off day but the experience has always been the same. I rather go pay more knowing my pets are being taken care of and arent jerked around aggressively in the back when they dont cooperate.
