        I don't recommend this place. Do not waste your money here. I attended this place for about 7 yrs loving the first 5/6 years after that everything went down hill.

        Not a good place to train constantly changing trainers, not even help you in correcting you on your exercise. They just care about the money and to be honest your total work out is about 23-24 min.
