        Had a huge order that I submitted via the app, for pickup last Easter Sunday. I get there five minutes after pickup time & they havent even acknowledged the order. Guy said it will be ready in five minutes. I was like wow really. I told him my special instructions because I knew he was going to mess up. Guy cut me off & was like yeah I know. I went next door to get some gas, to pass time. I get back & the girl is stapling my bag up. I said let me check it & just like I thought he didnt follow the special instructions. Guy had the audacity to catch an attitude & didnt even apologize. I was beyond pissed off. Then I drive all the way across town to give my family their meal & the meat was wrong on one of the plates. IT ONLY TAKES ONE TIME FOR ME TO EXPERIENCE TERRIBLE SERVICE. JUST RIDICULOUS!!
