My husband and I had been looking into a new front door for a year and heard about this place so we looked into it. We couldnt be happier. Everything was fabricated from the ground up and TOTALLY changed our entrance for the better. We absolutely love it! I highly recommend them for any doors, windows or staircase.

We ordered our door August 12th. Was told 6 weeks max wait time for door to be made. Fine thats completely ok. Was told End of September for install. Door still not done in October, come November we finally get the call that everything is ready. They come to install the door and the measurements they had were 2 inches to wide and 4 inches to tall. The Owner calls my wife about to break down on the phone promising that we wont have to pay the remaining balance that they will put all other doors to the back of the line and get ours done. So i decided not to get our money back that we gave up front, to switch to another company, because its not often you find a company that would be willing to do this kind of thing to fix a very frustrating mistake. Door finally gets installed November 19th. In the process they break two of the glass panels of the door and put plexiglass in its place. As well as install a door handle that is broken. Finally today December 2nd they come and finish putting the actual glass in. Tonight my gets a call telling us that we now owe the remaining balance and they never promised anything. Even though when told this my sister in-law was in the house listening to the previous call about the remaining balance being waved. The owner gets her husband on the phone who then proceeds to sternly tell my wife that we owe them money that it was their frustration as well with all this door mix-up, he then insinuates that we were the problem for this door taking so long. If youre looking for a company to do your business with, go with someone with years of experience. Its unfortunate that this happened as we were planning on having our back double doors in the living room done as well as the kitchens back door from them.
