Allstate has treated me poorly,please check your policys!!! I discovered Allstate fraudulently addrd a driver to my policy that I did not call/give my permission to add and charge me over 50 extra, they sneakily tried to do this to me!! I caught it and will be canceling all state first thing Monday morning with they open. Im truly so upset with this service And Terrence has done nothing to help me!

Got switched to this agency from Miss Flores office. Shes no longer running with Allstate or who know. I was told something shady was going on at her office, but I never had issues. . Since then, my bill has gone up tremendously. I have asked for some kind of a cheaper quote. And I get told its because of this or that, when prior to being switched, never heard anything like that. The thing that really gets me, is the broken promises. The Ill get with you at this time and never hear back. If it wasnt for Allstate being the best insurance out there, I would leave. I tried some other carriers, they dont make the cut. Im going to request a different agent, who keeps their word, and their customers. Rather than excuses, find resolutions.
