Hondo is super responsive, always get back to his emails/ calsl right away. That's one of the sign you can tell when someone really care about his work or not. He really knows the commercial insurance and always act for the benefits of his client. Never tried to sell anything me anything that I don't need or don't understand. I will highly recommend to have a chat with first before getting your business insurance.
