Only giving 1 star because no stars isnt an option. This place is an absolute cluster. Had reservation today, called this morning and was told didnt have anything. I said I could off until 4 and their response was that works perfect. After waiting for half an hour while employee trying to help someone learn how to join WiFi network Im told there is just a Sentra available and request was full size or suv. Now sent 35 min away in traffic In hopes to make it before the other location closes. Do not use this location or if you do call ahead because a reservation booked a week ago was meaningless.

A really first time experience when picking up was a little delay but once the manager was provided with some vehicles process was fast and easy Even when I returned the manager was quick and still informative at the same time I'll definitely will be booking again

Grant the manager is a childish baby. 2 weeks in a row he turned me away from a rental car after guaranteeing me he would have one this week. After I protested and told him that thats not the way to do business, he kicked me out of the store and called the cops on me To have me Trespassed. He refused to give me his name. I had to get his name from another enterprise rental location. Lied to the police about me causing a disturbance inside of his store after hes the one who flipped out Im not happy about this because Ive been using enterprise rental car for over 20 years and hes some insignificant peon who can barely do his job. He needs to go back to McDonalds and go back to frying french fries I dont have a reservation number I was meeting a customer there who was on the phone with ne when he behaved like a jack leg.

We rented a vehicle for 1 week. The day we came back a bad thunderstorm calling for hail and possible tornado warning was being issued right down the way from the rental drop off location. We took the vehicle to our home first before the storm hit then WAITED to return it till after the storm passed at their location to avoid any mishap to the vehicle. We used the key drop box because it was after hours when we dropped it. We were supposed to return it by 4 pm and we got it back at 7:30 after the massive wind hail storm had passed. There was debris all over showing it had gotten pretty bad by them, and I felt good about the decision we made for both the vehicles and our safety. The next day I got the bill and they added 1 full day rate at full price (more than the daily rate I paid for the 7 days) to the final bill. I called the location to explain we could have been on time but the storm was blowing through and we decided to wait till it passed and why. The rep said well waiting was better than incurring damage to the car which we would have charged your insurance for. I then told the rep about the vehicle malfunction (which we didn't realize till we were already on the drive). The passenger side seat did not recline. All the other electronic features like back and forth and so on worked but the seat would not lay back...the electronic button was not working. I explained to the rep that we drove from TX to TN and the whole time the passenger was forced to sit upright. The rep offered my nothing. Not a reduction of the full day rate charge for the few hours we had the car past the turn in, not a discount on another future rental, not even and I'm sorry that happened. Customer service is important to me as well as getting something in working order that I paid for, so this rental location looses my business now. We always look over a rental to see any physical damages to report but rarely do I think to check all the buttons and functions of a rental inside. I expect those are all WORKING on a rental. Not being able to lay my seat back on a 13 hour ride caused strain for the passenger who usually likes to lay the seat back to rest. Don't we as consumers expect rental companies to rent us well kept vehicles in good working order for the price we pay? I know things like this can happen once in a while, but then there's a recourse. Something that says I'm sorry, we can offer something to help you be ok with it. That didn't happen here. The rep was rude, short, and unforgiving. I would never go back here and rent another vehicle based on this rental experience.
