Jacoby was great. He was very helpful, nice, and friendly. He explained what I needed! And checked my battery, alternator, and starter. He installed my new battery, and recommended me battery lubricant and also he did that for me . Definitely recommending to family and friends.

Maxs expertise in identifying the exact parts I needed saved me a great deal of time and hassle. He was patient, listened to my issues, and made recommendations that were spot-on and budget-friendly. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made my visit more enjoyable. Harley, on the other hand, impressed me with his quick and efficient service. He ensured that all the parts were in stock and even offered valuable advice on how to install them. His attention to detail and willingness to help were truly commendable. I am so grateful for the service I received at AutoZone Little Elm. The team, especially Max and Harley, are a true asset to the store.
