        I have high standards when it comes to detail, so pleasing me isn't easy. However, this apartment has exceeded my expectations. Evelyn, has been incredibly sweet, respectful, and attentive. She ensured I got the perfect apartment, even facilitating a seamless transition from a furnished unit to a two-bedroom one, all with a smile. What's more, I wasn't charged for the four days I spent in the furnished apartment, which I found to be above and beyond. The maintenance team here is outstanding; any issue I report is promptly taken care of the next day. Their exceptional customer service has truly impressed me. Originally planning to stay in Little Elm for just a year before returning to Dallas, I'm now considering renewing my lease, thanks to the wonderful treatment I've received. Laureen even waived a few late fees due to misunderstandings. This complex feels like home, and I can confidently give it 10 stars. Thank you for your impeccable service.
