Big Star Water Wells

They came out very late in the afternoon. A fixed a problem that I was trying to figure out what was wrong. An he was able to have my well pump up a running within 20 minutes.

I really liked Anthony with Big Star Water wells he is very polite and talked to us what he was doing during his visit repairing our well. Very happy with his prices as well. I definitely will use him in the future.

We were having issues with our water well that was our main water supply to my parents and my home. I called Big Star at 9:00 a.m. on a Tuesday morning and a service man was able to come out that very same day by 1:00 p.m. Our service man was Anthony and he arrived promptly by 1:00, as schedule. Within just a few minutes he recognized the problem. He replaced the control box we had on our well with a new one he had with him & hooked it all up and the well began to work. My Dad and we're elated. Anthony really knew his business. Very knowledgeable. He was very friendly, explained everything in detail so we could understand. The pricing was very reasonable and fair for us as we are on fixed incomes. If we have any more well issues, we will definitely call Big Star again & request Anthony again. My Dad & I give them an Excellent rating. Thank you so much!! We've got water again!!!
