        NEVER answer the phone. NEVER! Does not respond to emails either. Over the course of 2.5 yrs (family member was assigned to Kirkwood) I have yet to speak to him... and his staff only once. My family hasn't even met him...ridiculous!

        Is this man still practicing law? We have been trying to reach him for a yr and a half. Not once has a person answered the phone. The voice-mail is always full and the one time I was able to leave a message, no one returned my call. How does a lawyer stay in business if no one can reach them?

        We have been trying to reach this attorney for more than a year. Voice-mail is always full. Which means they don't listen to them. I was able to leave a message ONE time but of course no one called me back. DONT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY!!
