They never call to confirm appointments. I called to confirm was given the wrong time and they refused to see me and my daughter. I had to make a choice between which of us would be seen. The staff didnt seem to care. This is the second year this has happened. I will be taking my business elsewhere since they didn't even try and set me up for another appointment. Didn't even offer. Poor customer service skills. Not to mention last year the doctor said she could not get my eye to 20/20 and didn't say why or send me to a specialist. Easy location to get to but they need to take some professional customer service courses.

It took 3 months to get my trial contacts, which counted against my 1 year prescription. I also had to have a reexam for my glasses prescription. Luckily Len crafters re did the glasses at no cost. But the amount of time I spend getting glasses and contact prescription you be better off trying walmart.

I've always had the best checkups and even though I don't wear contacts, their new machine that maps the eye gave me the very best RX I've ever had for glasses. The office staff is very nice and helpful too...

The worst customer service given to my wife by a receptionist and called multiple times to talk to a doctor never got a call back from Dr. McLean or Dr. Portales. I have brought my family to these doctors for 5yrs never had an issue until now. They gave my wife the wrong prescription and wanted to charge her a 10% restocking fee for their error on the prescription, who does that? This optometrist office.

I have been using this doctor and the staff for the last 10 years. They provide great service, very helpful. I lost my prescription and asked for another one. Very great service!
