I have know Ellen for many years. And over the years I can say that Ellen is a very warm, personable, and caring person. People that have worked with Ellen in many situations come to find that they can count on that their needs will be listened too and handle with care. Just recently she started the process of helping my Aunt refinance her home. My aunt could not be more happy and the way the process is going and the attention to detail that Ellen shows.
