Chicken Express

Stopped by for a quick meal before our grandsons Soccer game. Strips and their sides were awesome. Service was quick!

I used to go to this restaurant frequently, but I've stopped. (I now go to another Chicken Express location.) I refuse to pay premium prices for substandard food and service. I gave it one last try tonight--nothing has changed. While the women employees were at least polite (but not accurate), the young man working there was not. My order was wrong--although I asked THREE people to make sure it was what I requested. Other problems: the gravy was almost as thin as milk; the chicken was "soggy," not crispy; and it took forever to get the margarine and eating utensils I requested. Note: For a twelve piece family meal, they gave me just a few little tubs of margarine and five SPOONS! ??? No napkins. It took them about thirteen minutes to finally "finish" my order, although I was the only customer there for several minutes. Ultimately, cars were lined up behind me. It's ironic how the receipt had a message at the bottom--"You had a choice, thanks for choosing Chicken Express!!" I do have a choice--I won't be back.

They are the worst company to collect food, they don't work well, they are slow and attentive, the workers don't work the night shift! Change the workers

They couldnt do extra butter on rolls like every other chicken express On the side only Im good

This chicken express location has gone WAAAY downhill. The food is not nearly as good. I'm not a hater. I'm only writing this review so the current owners/managers can see and do a better job bc this chicken express sucks now. Every single thing on the menu is worse is taste and quality. Please god fix this chicken express bc I used to love going here.
