        I used Bertrand a few years ago for a property claim that had escalated needing immediate attention. Bertrand has a foreclosure business that is his priority, lower risk and greater profits. He dragged my case out to increase his profit margin knowing it would kill mine. It's no wonder Shakespeare's famous line: "The first thing we do, let's kill all the lawyers." is keenly adopted by most.
