        Texas First Rentals Lewisville delivered 14 brand new scissor lifts an hour early, and the drivers were efficient, polite and helpful. Shoutout to Rick R., one of the drivers, who went the extra mile and unloaded his forklift for a second time to help bring a few scissor lifts into the building that needed charged. Excellent delivery and customer service experience from these guys !!! William

        Sent the wrong lift not once, but twice. Completely screwed us on a project and cost me thousands of dollars. Then had the nerve to say I owed them for the wrong lift they sent. I spoke with the account department and that lady was a complete B*tch. They then said they will send the bill to collections and she hung up on me. Unbelievable!! Please save yourself the time and go anywhere but here.
