I want to say thank you to Jose for being so kind and helping me find the lights that I needed for my garden. He even made me feel like I was in my 30s! About a decade off my age. Very professional and attentive. Jose thank you for being you ! The world needs more people who arent afraid to speak openly and free with kind words and compliments!! I hope you get a raise because you provided exceptional customer service and Im the biggest customer service lover! You did your job perfectly and you also made me feel very happy and YOUnG!!! Spend way too much money here ! LOL ! This DT is a bit messy and I can't find any of the craft things here that the other stores carry. Oh well ! Story of my life ! LOL

I like that your location is convenient to my route. I dont like that you guys dont have inventory out fully and fast enough. I have made about three trips to your store just to look for holiday seasons items that were not placed out yet. Ive gone to your sister location in Flowermound and they have more inventories out than you guys have. Your staff tends to hang around and chitchat. I can hear the conversations in between the isles when Im shopping. Also, They drag at getting to the counter to check out customers. If the two boys want to be stockers then hire two more cashiers for the front.
