Kiddie Academy of Castle Hills

We love Kiddie Academy of Castle Hills. The office people are super friendly and professional. The teacher are very caring. Our child loves going here. It was always a happy atmosphere.

I worked at this facility for 2 weeks in the kitchen and I was horrified at what I saw. Management came off as so nice and friendly when I first met them but it only took a week for the ugly side to come out. The mean and awful way they would talk about the parents and kids took me by surprise It was a very very dirty facility and the kids were served food I wouldn't feed to my dog. I brought up my concerns with management about the consistency of the food, and the very poor quality and I was ignored. I would never bring my kid there. We agreed to $15 a hour in my interview, however they paid me $8 an hour. I didn't know until I got my first paycheck When I asked about it I was ignored.

Our daughter has been at the academy for most of her life. The staff is always fantastic and they care about the kiddos. They provide food with your tuition. Owner is amazing and dedicated. There are parent night outs available. The best place for kids!!!

At Kiddie Academy, you can see how much the owner cares about the school, the curriculum, and each child. The teachers are so kind and knowledgeable as well. I love all the updates through the app, and that they work alongside you as a parent to make sure your child is thriving. My children have been at quite a few daycares (just unfortunate circumstances because of moves), and this place is by far the best!
