Stumbled across this place a few months ago when I offered to take my fiances parents car to get an oil change. The technicians were courteous, professional and friendly. They had me in and out in no time. Which was much needed during an already stressful situation. Not to mention scored me some brownie points with the soon-to-be in-laws. I had an upcoming appointment with my dealership to get the oil changed on our personal vehicle that I canceled because of the exceptional customer service they provided.

First time at Discount Kar Kare. I found this place through Groupon for an oil change. I called and then drove in. They got started right away. Ryan was really informative and helpful!! Ryan made a recommendation and explained it in an easy to understand manner. He was very patient in answering my questions and offered to show me the steps that were involved. Very friendly and informative place!!!
